Shibata Marine Fenders
Shibata Marine fenders are supplied and installed at most of the mega ports and major oil/petrochemical terminals.
With the increased size of vessels and frequent usage of berth, Shibata Marine fenders are carefully designed to protect the berth structure and the vessel.
Quick-release mooring hooks and berth management systems
Majority of the VLCC berths in Singapore are installed with our Principal’s quick release mooring hooks and integrated berth management systems.
The berth management system allows the operator to store and recall mooring configurations and alarms levels for all parameters; log all data on the hard disc; view trends of any measured parameter, output reports, alarm logs, etc.; and control remote release of the hooks. This system not only improves terminal efficiency, but also ensures that safety requirements are met and any potential risks reduced.
Servicing and Maintenance of Gangways
We provide servicing and /or maintenance of the gangways installed at major oil terminals. It is important for the terminal operator to ensure safe access at all times between the vessel and shore.
Crane Rail Installation & Thermit Welding
We provide installation of the crane rails at container ports, including welding of rails using thermit welding. Beside material quality, good installation and welding workmanship are also very important to the port operator, as any downtime will greatly impart the port operation.
Therefore, it is essential to have good quality control during the installation. We had thus far successfully completed the installation of the stacking yard crane rails at 12 container berths.
